Refund and Cancellation Policy
At MedicartOnline.com, we strive to ensure a seamless experience and complete satisfaction for all our customers. Below is our policy for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:
- Return/Exchange Window: Within 7 days of delivery.
- Product Condition: Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals intact.
- Matching Serial Number: The product must have the same serial number as shipped.
Products that are used, damaged, or not in original packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Non-returnable Items
For hygiene, personalization, or other reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Name engraved or personalized products
- Items with company seal broken
- Activated warranty cards
- Hygiene-related items: Commode seats, wheelchairs with commode, bedpans, urinals, etc.
3. Return Method and Fees
- Return Method: By mail
- Return Shipping Label: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product received is incorrect or defective.
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fees will be charged.
- Incorrect Product Received: If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 7 days, and we will arrange return shipping and offer a 100% refund.
4. Refunds
- General Refunds:
- 93% refund of product cost if return is accepted.
- If free shipping was availed, only 90% of product cost will be refunded.
- Incorrect Product: 100% refund + return shipping covered by us.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 4 days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If unavailable, we will issue via Cheque / NEFT / RTGS
5. Cancellations
- If cancellation is made before the product is shipped, a charge of up to 5% (including a 2.5% payment gateway charge) will be levied.
- If the product is already shipped, refer to the return policy above.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare or exceptional cases, we may consider return or exchange beyond the standard policy at our sole discretion, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
